How to make my flash video not download automatically?

I don't have very much knowledge of flash, but I had to encode and put a flash video on one of my client's websites. I got it working fine, but is there some way to make it so that it doesn't start downloading unless someone actually presses the Play on? Otherwise the site's page load time is too long.
