Soembody dumped 4 puppies off on my doorstep?

I rescue pups but i turned down somebody because we already have a litter of pups what do ya know somebody dumped 4 pups off at our door step this morning i took them inside and fed them and gave them water and shelter. I have called a no kill rescue they are really full and the shelter would put them down. I need a example of a good add for these guys. How much should i charge they appear to be aussie mixed they have had there shots today and worming and they have no tails. ps they were10 wls
