My fiance is getting a job and im wanting a family and he does what should i do?

my fiance is getting a job im so glad for him and im so glad to see him happy but me and him are both want a family so bad but we dont know if its the right time b.c i have health problems the doctor think i either liver problems or gall bladder i dont want to have another miscarge again so what should i do
