Can I succesfullysue a Towing Company whichmistakenly towed my car & charged me regardless their wrong procedu?

Well here's the thing my father owns a towing company, you can take them to court yet, it's not likely that you would win more more than you spent to get your car back. I would go to the manger of the property and tell them look because of a simple mistake on your part by giving two tenets the same parkin my car was towed, then explain that you would like to get paid back for the out of pocket expense that you had. They refuse to pay find a small claims lawyer and get their advice.
