Is this a good idea?

I personally don't know any good songs, but I think that this would be a great idea. When I graduated from 8th grade, leaving a k-8 school, one of my friends sang a song at our dinner. She was going to a high school that no one else in the whole cl was going to, and she knew she was going to miss us all. She had a great voice, and sang a beautiful song. A lot of the cl cried, and because she sang that song, we made sure that we got together over the summer and during the next year. Because of that, I'm still friends with her.
