Is the US Military ready and prepared to overthrow narco-communist Raul Castro, democratize and annex Cuba?

We need to legalize drugs and tax them - the war on drugs is a failure since we cannot control peoples desire to have them. Time to face reality like prohibition and let the tax coffers fill with taxes from drugs.
