Happy POll: What makes your heart feel squishy?

My ribs getting hit by a well swung baseball bat. It's one of those things everyone will experience at least once, I remember my first time my heart got so squishy it started sliding down my body and I had to have surgery to move it from my thigh back to where it belongs.
