Weird things ive noticed about my body and nee some help.?

Ok so I have noticed this bump on my leg. Its been there for a long time and have simply forgotten to mention it to my doctor. It is on the front on my leg, to the right of my shin bone. It is kinda of squishy but not always there. It is barely seen sometimes but I see it and other people see it too. I have been really curious about it even poking it with a needle with no pus or anything coming out. I could have missed but I doubt it, I stabbed it like 6 times. What could this be, and how may I get rid of it? It doesnt hurt but I dont know it doesnt seem right and I want it gone. The other thing is I keep getting a pimple it seems on the left of the shaft of my . It never leaves but it grows a head and I pop it and let the very little amount of white stuff out. I keep the area clean and have never had it near a girls mouth or other holes.. so is it a pimple and how would I get rid of it, its been there for over a year and following a cycle. oohh and Hair seems to be growing all the way up my shaft of my is that normal?
